edit new version!!200% better than [link] , stars are fixed the lighting is fixed pretty much stating with the shading of the planet. i made the planet look realer and gave it a glow, and my personal favorite i fixed the nebula cyclone the lighting is coming out of enjoy.
A birthday present to myself...
this took around 6 hours, i blending multiple nebula's as well as did some of my own with this tut:[link] you should immediately recognize pillars from the eagle nebula probably the coolest thing in the universe. You should also look at the crap (lol spelling, the crab nebula.
another bug i have is star brushes, okay so we all love star clusters but it's impossible to find a decent brush set that doesn't flood it's brushes with too many stars. You add too many stars and it can really take away from a great piece, i had to go and erase alot witch (lol @ spelling again) was a pain.
Originally this was going to be a lightning themed piece but the background turned out too epic for the lightning. now it's like an epic fail (oh dude sweet band name) ...look out for some more versions without the lightning.
The planet is a brush made by [link] I used multiple effects with it.
this is my fird (lolz spelling) space scape! 1st: [link] 2nd:[link]
~tgotl if you like it enough to download then you like it enough to fav!!
Twas the end of the world, this is how it would be. Looking at the spot it hits, I feels sorry for those poor people, they've got to be some massive lightning bolts.
